1. TENCEL™ Lyocell and Modal and TENCEL™ Intimate
Derived from renewable wood sources, our TENCEL™ Intimate fabrics are light, soft and durable. The cellulosic fibres naturally manage the transportation of moisture, contributing to breathable fabrics that provide a less favourable environment for bacterial growth, offering better hygienic qualities.
2. Lace using ROICA™ Eco Smart and Q-Nova® by Fulgar.
ROICA Eco-Smart is a responsibly-produced premium stretch yarn with certified environmental benefits. The production of this yarn is made with more than 50% of industrial pre-production waste material.
3. Recycled polyester
Also known as rPet, recycled polyester is made from recycled plastic bottles, which is a great way to divert plastic from our landfills. The production of recycled polyester requires far fewer resources than that of new fibres and generates less CO2.
4. Recycled elastane
Using the elastane yarns that are made from production waste, this by-product of the manufacturing process is given a new life.
5. Recycled nylon
Made from industrial waste, the discarded nylon and polymer fibres produced during manufacturing are converted into recycled nylon yarn. It contains a minimum 98% of recycled yarn, certified by SCS Global Standards and GRS.
You might be surprised to know that it can take up to 40 different parts to create a bra! On average, So.Me bra consists of around 20 parts, such as a band, gore, cup, underwire, strap, ring, slider, strap join, closure and others. Unfortunately, at the moment, it’s impossible to ensure that each part is made from organic or recycled materials, but we hope to be able to achieve this in the future.
